Tired, Hungry, and Over It? This Book is for You!

C is For Carnivore: Making preparation and success in the first 30 days as easy as A-B-C.

The following is an excerpt from this 2025 book, available on Amazon.

Are you feeling stuck in a body that’s always tired, sore, or dragging itself through the day? Maybe you’re battling extra weight that refuses to budge, or you find yourself constantly hungry no matter how much you eat.

Are you a busy parent staring at the fridge, dreading the nightly question, “What’s for dinner?” while juggling kids, work, and endless to-do lists? Not to mention what is in the house to use - I’m not going into town AGAIN.

Perhaps you’re a sports enthusiast who’s lost that edge—or worse, the energy—to keep up with your peers. Have you recently tried to "eat clean" but find that something still feels off—your health, energy, or [gasp] the person staring back in the mirror?

If you see even a little bit of yourself in these questions, this book is for you. You’re not alone, and there’s a way forward—one that’s simple, satisfying, and incredibly effective. It’s not about following rules; it’s about reconnecting with what works for your body. Keep reading, and let’s avoid burnout and find the answers for balance together.

Through personal stories, links to medical professionals, and practical advice, I’ll guide you step-by-step as you embark on this journey. Together we’ll dive into the basics of the Carnivore diet, explore its benefits, and prepare you to succeed in creating a healthier, simpler life.

While I believe it is never suggested by an author to skip some of their hard work, I will let you know that the first 50% of this book addresses the outline and expectations of eating Carnivore and assesses how you will choose to live and eat within them. This is very important for most people, especially if this is your first go-round with Carnivore in particular. This first half is also where much of the humor and sarcasm - the glimpse of who this author is - will be found. However, if you just don’t have the time or think it is LOATHSOME to read - you could jump to the “Let’s Get This Meat Party Started” section in the second half of the book and break my heart a little along the way. Although, I do suspect that you might be back when you find yourself a ship without a rudder, adrift in a sea of “Meaty Expectations”, without clear bearings to your personal aspiration.
